Douglas A2D-1 SkyShark
by Kazunori Ito
*******************************************************************************
It started from two pictures that had been published in the book first.
A-1 Skyraider is one of the my favorite aircraft.
However, it was unbelievable for me the appearance that the A-1 develops this A2D.
How ill-shaped it is!
At any rate,
Let's assume making because of there is a demand, too.
However, it is an aircraft with very little material.
It by there are only several photographs and a very bad Side_View drawing............................
I reluctantly referred to the photograph of the plastic model.
The nature with too round lower side of the body is done somehow.
Please the respect must not worry so much.
Though it is a personal matter..............
This time, I changed the e-mail address again.
It seems to distribute the virus before I know why.
(Though the virus check always does.)
It might be a change times how many in this.
Anyway, please send e-mail to the following address.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is an aircraft that installs two reformative turboprop engines based on A-1 SkyRaider.
Two parallel Allison XT-40 is arranged, and a double contrarotating propeller is driven through the gear.
The body becomes remarkably tall, and the exhaust port is opening in a right and left rear fuselage.
Though high performance to surpass A-1 far by the test flight was shown, the expectation of the practical use of the XT-40 engine did not leave, and development was discontinued.

[ About the directions point in FS2004 ]
This aircraft model is made by using FSDS Ver2.24.
Therefore, it is possible to play basically in FS2004(FS9).
However........!!
For a wide large-scale aircraft, the distortion is caused and the phenomenon of the aerofoil tip's disappearing happens in the spot shooting mode.
If this phenomenon happens, Please switch to the spot shooting mode by using other small aircraft.
Afterwards, if this aircraft is selected, it is normally displayed.
