FSX Pemba Mozambique FQPB Msfs Default Error Displaced Runway

In Pemba, Mozambique (FQPB) msfs default was error displaced runway 8 26. I moved and found runway was afloat off the cliff. I figured out with afcad create taxiway slide underneath runway 8 26.
