FS2004 Aircraft-The Douglas DC-4 Skymaster version 1. Even before the Douglas DC-3 had flown, United and Douglas had started discussions regarding the development of a more advanced airliner of larger capacity, and by early 1936 had included four other airlines to help finance the construction of a prototype. This was the DC-4E originally designated the DC-4. The DC-4 was also known by its military designation, C-54 Skymaster. Created with Flight Simulator Design Studio (FSDS) 2. 10, the model features animated landing and control surfaces, night lighting and reflective texures. Model by John B. Loney, Jr. Sound by Adam Murphy. Exhaust effects by FSDzigns.
