The Atlantic Canada Aviation Museum is always looking for volunteers, and the nice thing is they are a great bunch of guys, you need no previous aircraft background, just a love for this stuff. The website is at http: acam. ednet. ns. ca Ive been volunteering there since July 2004, its a great place to learn, work and have fun while preserving history. My dad s employer, Pennzoil, used the very first Jetstar as company plane. This airframe was in Goldfinger and factory demo. Got to ride it roundtrip Houston Miami 1967. Real luxury interior, nice amenities. Landing a swinger said son of pilot, an Air Force fighter jock himself. Touchdown 45kts above nominal.

I truely enjoy this plane. Feels somewhere between a 727 and lear. Easy to set up for approach, decent panel
