Virtual Airlines news and articles On Monday, October 29th, on the day of EuroHarmonys six month anniversary, EuroHarmony surprised everyone by launching a brand-new web-site, a new look and by completion of their 30-aircraft fleet. "All this work has been done on a rush-schedule, because the whole idea popped up just a month ago" says Marin Licina, EuroHarmonys chief of development. The new web-site incorporates some of systems unique to this large European va, like a fully-searchable flight database which includes all their 900+ flight destinations, divided into 7 classes, from the smallest turboprops to the gigantic 747 and the A380.

"The new fleet look was in our plans for quite a while, as the old paint scheme wasnt good enough for us anymore, the va evolved incredibly in the past 6 months, and is now one of the big players on the European market. At the same time, this repainting was a great opportunity to finish all the planned aircraft" said Gergely Kosa, the companys founder and current CEO. The new aircraft have a dark blue look, with a hilly horizon and a rising sun subtly showing in the background if you look carefully. The part of the fuselage behind the wings has been decorated by starts, finally the blue-and-silver-colored EuroHarmony logo decorates the tail. All of the aircraft use 256x256, 16-bit bitmaps and best visual models of some famous designers, like the OpenSky 777-300.

"It has all been going much faster than we anticipated, and sometimes we almost became overwhelmed. But its all under control now" is being told by Licina, he continues: "We are currently working on an automated roster and a new forum, as the freeware forums are being bombarded by ads these days. We plan to continue to evolve, and who knows where well be after 6 more months, Im sure well still be here, leading the industry, as we plan to stay in the va-business for a long time. We are serious and hard-working, and its always great to see that hard work pay off this way. I would like to thank everyone at EuroHarmony for the help and support, and hope to keep working together with them for many, many years."

EuroHarmony is planning more celebrations around the anniversary, plus a few new aircraft, more advance in the operation systems and even more pilot-support in the future.
