To celebrate this new release, Civil Air Patrol Pilot will make its first "public appearance" at the CAPs National Conference to be held in St Louis from August 18th to 20th.
Since its inception in the early 1940s, the Civil Air Patrol has served as an all-volunteer organization. The CAP provides
urgent search and rescue flights, air and ground support for disaster relief, flying officials and staff to remote locations, transporting
essential medical supplies to accident sites and performing aerial damage assessment. With an astounding 64,000 members, they fly
more than 100,000 hours each year performing these important missions.
